Building a culture for the digital age. 

Digital transformation is rarely a technology problem, it’s a culture problem. Many organisations invest heavily in new platforms, data, and tools, yet fail to see meaningful change because leadership behaviours, decision-making, and organisational habits remain unchanged.

This workshop is designed for senior leaders who want to move beyond theory and take practical control of culture as a driver of transformation. We focus on the real levers that shape organisational behaviour: how decisions are made, how people are empowered, how failure is handled, and how performance is measured.

Participants will explore how to build a culture that enables speed, innovation, and accountability, while navigating the real-world tensions leaders face, such as balancing control with empowerment, and innovation with predictability.

Duration: 8 - 12 hours of Learning. (approx). Tailored to each brief.

Day sessions / half day sessions. In person & online.

  • Apply concrete leadership behaviours that drive change; from clear open communication strategies, to staff empowerment and the value of protective failure. 

  • Understand how to implement systems (not slogans) that reinforce the right culture for your own business environment.
